Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, the heavy equipment must meet the following conditions:
The equipment must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition.
The equipment must be returned with all accessories, documentation, manuals, and original papers, in the same condition as when delivered.
If the equipment has been used or altered in any way, returns will not be accepted.
How to Return Heavy Equipment
To return heavy equipment, please follow these steps:

Provide your order details (order number, type of equipment, and reason for return).
We will assess the eligibility for the return and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the equipment.
The equipment must be returned to the address we provide, and in some cases, you may need to work with a specialized transport service.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the equipment was delivered defective or incorrect. If the equipment being returned is defective due to manufacturing issues or does not meet the order specifications, H C Equipment Inc will cover the return shipping costs and the replacement of the equipment.
Refunds
Once the returned equipment is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the inspection process for heavy equipment may take longer due to its size and complexity.
Exceptions
Custom-made products, special orders, or equipment tailored to your specific needs cannot be returned, except in cases where the equipment is defective or does not match the order specifications.
